Please order reproductions of rare books and manuscripts by contacting our reference librarians:

If you wish to order by post or fax please complete the form here (German only, please contact our reference librarians if you have any questions). If you are ordering by email, please make sure that you send us your full name and address.
Please note that we levy a handling charge of 6,50 euros for each order. If you send us more than one order, each one is considered to be part of one order as long as it reaches us within the same working day.
Please note when ordering from abroad (non EU countries) that a banking fee of 5 Euro is levied and all items will be delivered only if the invoice is paid in advance.
It is possible to pay by credit card. You have to send the card number, the expiry date (MM.JJ), the card validation code (three digit code: the final group of numbers printed on the back signature panel of the card) and your order or invoice number. The information can be conveyed by telephone, letter or fax (preferred). For reasons of security we cannot accept credit card orders by email.
Please be aware that there is no right of return, reimbursement or order cancellation for digital media once the items are delivered. If you have any justified complaints about your order we will be pleased to provided you with a new copy.
