2 March 2023: Exhibition and event facilities in the Bibliotheca Augusta closed until further notice
The Augusteerhalle will no longer be available to the public from April 2023 onwards. This will not only affect visits and guided tours of the exhibition rooms, but also events such as lectures and concerts.
Sponsoring, donations and other benefits
On 1 April 2014, the government of Lower Saxony adopted amendments to the guideline on preventing and combating corruption in the state administration. According to these, the accepted sponsoring services, donations, gifts and advertisements with a value of € 1,000 or more must be published promptly in individual cases. The benefits accepted by the HAB for the years 2023 and 2024 can be viewed in the download area on the right.
