Lorenzo DiTommaso is Professor of Religions and Cultures at Concordia University Montréal. His academic speciality is apocalyptic speculation in the aggregate, from the early Jewish apocalypses to mediaeval apocalyptic prophecies to contemporary popular culture. Among his recent publications are Music in the Apocalyptic Mode (2023, ed. with C. McAllister), Reimagining Apocalypticism: Apocalyptic Literature in the Dead Sea Scrolls and Related Writings (2023, ed. with M. Goff), and End Game: Apocalyptic Video Games, Contemporary Society, and Digital Media Culture (2024, ed. with J. Crossley, A. Lockhart, and R. Wagner).
