New Database Information System DBIS<\/strong><\/h2>

The database information system DBIS<\/a> has been shining in a new design since October 15, 2024! With the latest version, the layout and user interface have been completely redesigned to give you a more modern and intuitive user experience. It is now not only available in German, but also in English.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

A summary of information and resources relating to Ukraine <\/strong><\/h2>

General information from the State of Lower Saxony<\/em><\/a> and the \u2018Niedersachsen packt an\u2019<\/a> (Lower Saxony on the Case) alliance<\/p>

In addition to an\u00a0overview of support options for Ukrainian academics and librarians<\/a>\u00a0(as of 6 September 2022), the Research Gateway to Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe (Osmikon) also offers an\u00a0overview of journalistic news stories<\/a>.<\/p>

Additionally, the Research Gateway has also acquired\u00a0collections of sources relating to the parliamentary and presidential elections in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine<\/a>, which are accessible for free under national licence in Germany.<\/p>

The Stadtbibliothek M\u00fcnchen (Munich Municipal Library) presents a comprehensive collection of reliable sources of information as well as tips on how to recognise fake news<\/a>.<\/p>

Volunteers from all over the world are collaborating online to digitise and preserve Ukrainian cultural heritage as part of the\u00a0Saving Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Online<\/a>\u00a0(SUCHO) project.<\/p>
